JOB JOB JOB

wow I landed a art studio addition, signed contract tonigh and deposit, the last time I had this type of job was 2 1/2 years ago. what a stress relief. the past few days I have had 3 calls on the same type of jobs. if I can get these I will be out of the finiancial ruin  I have been in for 2 years.  The relief on my sons face is priceless, knowing we are moving ahead in that dept.
spent the weekend to my finiancial breakdown for court Feb 22 and building my sons music studio. feeling pretty good right now.....
