Job: Can I do it?
Well, I finally did it, I got a job! A wonderful job I have been looking for a long time. I will be an interviewer for the University of Michigan. At least if the background check and references go alright. I don't anticipate any problems there. The work is in people's homes doing interviews and on the telephone. A lot is paperwork and phone work from home. I am really looking forward to the work. What I am dreading is the training, 10 days in MI in Feb. Intense day long training sessions. I am doing okay with my Crohn's and Colitis and I hope it stays that way. At least we get private rooms so I can fart and belch in private. My fear is it will crop up during the day when we are working. Geez, I hope not. And the traveling. I hate to fly. I hope I can change my ticket home to a train ticket. I will fly up but would prefer to take a train home. Or at least as close to home as I can get then rent a car to bring me on in. I love trains. Oh well, guess this is enough venting for now. The world is looking a little better.
