what a friggin long day today is. so i take out all the winter stuff for the FOURTH or fifth time and its raining and cold all over again. how the hell is it COLD in MAY in florida? i'm stunned. to me, if its under 80 degrees i get cold. so that is where i'm at.
i have dirt under my nails from weeding and pruning this morning. for a change, it was perfect weather for it - but its super dirty work. we can't stay here anyway unless i plant pine trees in the front and back of the house, seriously. first the guy behind takes down the trees which afford privacy to the back and keep everything breezey and shaded back there and now a new person "purchased" the property across the lane and took down FOUR trees that kept the front view nice and private. this is FLORIDA we prize our trees and its ILLEGAL to take the trees down. it also maintains privacy, where are they from the middle of NOWHERE? you get these people who come from up north where they charge a MINT to buy a tiny house on a small piece of land and pay them six figures at any job at all, to live there and 5 figure TAXES on the house each year (and its freezing cold up there so WHY do people even bother with a life like that), they finally get smart and sell it, (generally too late in their life, to really enjoy living as by the time they leave the big northern freeze, their real "work" has become attending doctor's appointments, in order to resist disease and stay alive" clarence day." and they come down here, they are all excited because they can get a large home on land for the same price as their puny home up north and they can buy for cash or near cash. i have news for you bud, you don't have to come all the way down here, you can do exactly the same thing in the carolinas, and the carolinas would be a wise choice because its a smaller commute to your family and original doctors. just saying. why in the world do you people wait sooooo long to finally get out of the cold? but can you leave the TREES alone? grrrrr.
i also don't think that house is going to close because there are liens on it. yay aline! why in the world would you start doing work on a property before the title has cleared. i bet a's son is sitting inside that house cracking up. go ahead, knock yourself out landscape my property, kind of thing. you can lose a house even six months to a year after closing if liens are found on it, or the new buyer has to pay the liens as liens come with the property. normally you don't move in until all is clear.
then the crap starts with asshole....now, i won't say anything yet until i vent this through and know exactly what i think on this. also need to look up the law to make sure. every time this man attacks one of the houses over here i am stunned - who the hell ACTS like that? last time the judge actually fined him - he's been caught everywhere.
when people retire they need to move to a "retirement area" because if you are a nosey person by nature, and you have time on your hands you are going to become the bane of the neighborhood. betty claims he always made things up in general and even HE has said that about himself when he is normal. don't listen when he talks because he just talks - none of it is real. she insists his chatter is not from anything medical its just him. similar to g, who people would also find on their properties before he was being kept inside because of Alzheimer's.
lying "chatter" is actually slander, and vandalism or harassment are all sue able. why would anyone live like that, even if they are "retired" with too much time on their hands. UNREAL.
i said this to p, and she said to put a sign on the mailbox, "you are not welcome here. never come here again." (they actually sell stuff like that and worse). lol. hmmm, quite the opposite of a welcome sign and if i put it on the box, then the mailman may think its aimed at him/her and stop showing up. lmao. though i don't get much mail here, it all goes to the other address. we can also put the screens across the carport like many people do, but if i remember from two years ago when he pulled the same crap, it is not illegal to have things inside your carport. he's just crazy. tetched in the head. i said it to j and he said the same as with the foreigner, rig the house outside. its not illegal to do that and it solves it. j actually knows how to do that. an adt camera is a more civilized way and j's way is a more permanent way. hmmmm.
i don't need annoyances right now and i never need drama. i hate that shit. the misery of living with someone you loathe. it must be HELL to be around something like that 24/7. it literally must kill you. you'd end up with all kinds of stress related illnesses.
so with all the crap, i'm dizzy all day, i figure maybe i have this middle ear thing. then its getting later and i'm thinking, what the hell -- i think i forgot to take my blood pressure pill. NOT GOOD. have no idea how i screwed that up. feel better now though. dyed my hair and soaked in the tub at k's and then here. still have to do excel sheets and this training thing for work. i haven't looked at it yet. that is the THIRD packet for that. does goldman sachs think we make $100 per hour. we don't. wth? have never seen a company request so much "training". we just did one of these a couple of months ago.
also jn got divorced. i didn't even know that. craige is living in one county and she is living in the other. also discovered, when i filed for divorce from s in 1994 (we were married less than a year at the time) and he contested it. his response was: no you cannot [have a divorce]. i think we just left it like that. jn says a divorce can happen anyway as a divorce in default if we didn't do anything with it, or it could have gone "inactive". which means what? it never even occurred to me to look any of that up and back then bda was still around stealing my mail and any other mail that she got her hands on somehow (when georgette said bda "seriously, IS crazy" she was like, i MEAN it, this isn't what it seems at all. what she really should have said is how many kinds of crime they are guilty of in addition to being crazy. you have to be clear. lol.
aren't all criminals crazy? they are criminally insane, that is why they commit crime. a lot of hate between georgette and bda, and for good reason). so if something did occur with the divorce by the court doing things automatically, i'd probably never know because bda takes things that don't belong to her all the time and hides them, even worse if her mother would get a hold of it, because her mother tears things up that are both her own or someone else's - very strange "family" if you want to call people like that a family, looks to me like a thick as thieves kind of people, who just happen to be related. scary actually. they shouldn't breed, people who are like that. g used to say that as well, there is no blood between us, never think i'm related to bda. no blood. lol. even the house they had when bda was growing up actually belonged to mary's mother and bda's mother was forging signatures to steal it (and worse). sick. totally sick. that whole thing i'll post another time as its so sick no one would even conjure something like that up.

bda\'s family were left nothing in their grandmother\'s will because of all the crap bda and her mother used to pull. nothing. and her mother told bda, there won\'t be anything at all except the beach house which is divided between all of them, two of the cousins, their parents and bda and her brother - so a very small amount, unless her father invests in something, once mary\'s mother gets her property back.
s actually knew to say to his mother, you never should have stolen it to begin with. but bda just sat there having no clue at all the difference between right and wrong. when you point it out to her, she would say, how do you know who should or shouldn\'t have it and its like, if you didn\'t buy it its not your\'s. try that.
I can\'t believe these people are cutting down those trees like that! We have to cut down trees in our Mobile Home Park at times because they are so old they are leaning on some of the Mobiles. But for no reason... I live in California but in defense of you, I would say tell them to leave the damn trees alone or go back up north or wherever they are coming from. Why would anyone want to cut down shade trees????? :-(
Have you been to a Specialist for your dizziness? I have what is called Meneire\'s disease which is hard to detect, and also Vertigo which is probably caused from the Meneire\'s. I hope you will get it checked out because with me anyway, having low blood pressure, I pass out without notice. While I was reading your journal I realized that you knew someone with the name Georgette. I lost my mom on February 8th and her real name is Georgetta. She went by Jetta for short. That made me think of her today. It was her birthday yesterday.
I really hope you can have a relaxing weekend with no stress!! See you on Monday if not before. It\'s getting harder and harder to get on DS!!! Hugs
happy birthday to your mom. everyone is having trouble with ds. weekdays only after midnight it works okay, but before that it throws you off. i think they need to seriously upgrade. facebook has more members and it never happens on facebook. thanks for reading. i think the dizziness is from forgetting my med. i hope that is all it is, but i have had it before, then i think oh maybe potassium or sugar. being old is so strange. always something.
the man claims he wants his lawn to be like a golf course. very strange. the point of houses on water is to use the view of the water. what a weirdo. and the point of lawns is to have TREES for shade and to protect the homes from hurricane. he obviously isn\'t from the south. he really needs to leave. my neighbor claims he already complained about his berry bush, which is tree like and near the road and the man hasn\'t even moved in yet.
