Jim got his forever

I have been so busy at work that I haven't had time to just reflect, but yesterday, when I sat down to just catch my breathe the 1st thought that came into my mind was... "wow, Jim got his forever and he really did love me for his forever".  Jim use to always say, I will love you forever and beyond and and lately I have been thinking, how can that be, he is not here and I still have some forever left. It's funny, when two people in love talk about forever, reality doesn't come into the picture. I never really thought about what forever meant doing it without him right here with me. My good news is, he did love me for his forever and his "beyond" love is what's going to get me to my forever, because I will love him for my forever and we will love in our beyond.
