Jerky customer update

I emailed the jerky customer back this AM.  My boss sent me a copy of the horrific email that this guy sent to him over the weekend.  He basically says he will make it his personal mission to do everything he can to get me fired.  He is also threatening me by saying that he will contact thousands of people on the internet and advertise what a terrible person I am.  It gets worse, but you get the idea.  I was mean to the core.  I told my boss that if he says anything bad about me like that on the internet or elsewhere I am suing him for slander.  He actually signs the stupid email:  "Have a blessed day" Rev.  XXXX XXXXXXX  Have a blessed day?!  WTH?!
I went out to one fire this AM, then stopped off at a warehouse to sniff some old furniture.  That customer won't be happy when I tell her all of her furniture smells just fine to me.  (The fire was next door and she got some smoke in her home.  We cleaned it all and are storing it until the house is done.)  She has also been threatening me from day one.  she reminds me everytime I talk to her she works for an attorney.  Then I went to a renters fire that I got this AM.  I came home and settled that one already.  Poor woman lost everything.  So I am really busy at work.  Going to work some OT tonight and get another one done.  Home tomorrow then off to Harrisburg on Wednesday, 2 hr drive each way, to another fire.
Had cramps last night and expected TOM to start today and cranky.  Still no TOM yet.  Had another hot flash at dinner and a feeling of being "off" which I get just before, during and for a minute or two after the hot flash.  the hot flash only lasts like a minute or two.  I am keeping track of the moods, hot flashes, anxiety, when I take Xanax, etc, trying to figure out a pattern.  Feel kind of tired and run down this evening.
I am tired of the cold weather.  Looks like tomorrow is 51 and then the 40's for another week.  Supposed to be in the mid to upper 50's this time of year!  I am not an out doorsey person, but man, cabin fever is kicking in and I feel cooped up!  And I am tired of feeling cold.
David is still failing school.  Not that I don't care, but I have to let David learn his own lesson from his own consequences:  you don't do the work, you fail.  You fail, you repeat the grade.  So Paul and I are trying to be supportive but not yelling and screaming.  2nd week of new counseling for David.  Too soon to tel anything but at least nothing bad to say.
Zumba yesterday plus Wii Walk it Out.  Today, no exercise.  Food is still bad.
