Hi All,
I went on the cortison tablets (25mg) for 3 days & that helped for sure. Off them again on Sunday & boy did I feel it. It had finally cooled down to about 25'c but I was still really hot & couldnt cool down. Worked yesterday & very tired as well as hot & coughing which I thought was asthma. Barked all night last night & croaky voice today just to add to all the other aches, pains etc. Back to the Dr today & he said I am still going through a flare up but would prefer not to give me cortisone again so soon, also got a chest/upper respiratatory infection so on antibiotics for that as well.
Feeling really down & fed up with it al & not looking forward to the next few days - we are heading back to 41'c & 40'c (over 100f I think). This is only the start of summer too so I am dreading this summer & the effects.
Back to work tomorrow & friday so hope I survive it without too much side effects.
Hugs to all

I moved from Albury to Coffs to escape the heat. It has been much more bearable up here in the hills. I really couldn\'t cope with the weather you\'re having at the moment. Good luck with it all. Jill
