Well at least the coughing is easing & so I finally got some sleep last night & only had to get up 3 times to go the loo & once for more painkillers. Probably helped by staying up late so that I was exhausted & slept till abou 8am. Have got a little bit of my voice back so can talk in little bits before coughing. As for the ms, have ltd neck movement, left arm & leg are still not functioning properly & aching all the time, tablets dont seem to be helping with that but I hate to think what it would be like without the pain killers etc. Bladder control is really bad at the moment so have had to use a thicker pad & change more often, bowels are also affected this time & cant tell teh difference between a fart & an accident (sorry if a bit gross). Have had the bowel problem only when I have had flare ups so guess that confirms that I am still having a flare up. smiley-cry.gif

I have noticed that I am pulling back from a lot of people over the last few months & have no desire to get myself moving & join in anything. I am even avoiding phone calls as I just cant be bothered having to tell people what is happening or to gloss over it. Guess thats why the Dr increased the antidepreeant I am on (which is a mild one). I usually phone some of my friends regularly & they phone me but I just cant be bothered as feel like I am always complaining/whining.

Thats my ramble for today. Thanks for reading

I know the feeling. You just get sick of repeating over and over what\'s going on. Bad enough your living it every day. You should try to involve yourself more. I just realized today that I have pulled away so much, that I am just a bystander in my own life. I got some changes to make. Don\'t let that happen to you it\'s not fun watching everyone doing everything and just standing off to one side all alone. Take care of yourself and try to get your spirits up. There are plenty of people here at Ds that are here for you! Love, M
