Hi all I'm pretty new but belong here years ago it's nice the upgrade etc. like I said way years ago. 

im struggling to get through this healing from my knee replacement. I had the left one done too. But the right is really taking a toll on my depression all around low mood. My husband Mike and I don't get along well. He's grouchy having to help me and do the things I normally do

i try to do stuff but I had the first replacement on this knee the 13 th thing is I was cleaning really pushing myself and then I fell. It was horrible the replacement broke through the skin the whole bone etc popped out through the incision. Ok this is getting long

ive tried all kinds of affirmations this and that self talk but being not able to do stuff is really bad my thoughts go dark. Ok enough for now don't wanna go on and on.
