Hi all I am bipolar l with mixed states and rapid cycler. I also have adhd, ocd and severe ptsd I have trouble with that most, I also have trouble leaving my home going out alone mostly. Maor anxiey I am heavly medicated dont like that but what ever works ya know.

I finally came to termjs with a group I created I enjoyed doig it much I also have a bunch of themes you can use different looks if you want to. My home page is worth looking at it has a wealth of knowledge gain help and info for support there. @ www.bipolarsupportgroups.com

Thats the blog it has a different name cause I had a very popuar forum years ago my dveloper didnt back all inf up and I lost it all so thats why I decided to do it myself, happy I did. We send new news letters out have charts for anxiety, depression, and mood charts.
