That's my six month appointment followup from my surgery last August.   I don't think about the HPV too much these days though I've been checking my anus once every couple weeks to see if anything is there.   I see scar tissue from my last couple surgeries and sometimes I think I see something but I believe for now my warts are gone.   
Who's also gone is that guy I mentioned in my last journal entry.    Actually in this case we unfortunately aren't compatible for each other.   He wants one thing and I another.   It's for the best though and hopefully we'll remain friends.
Oddly enough I've had this on-again/off-again long distance potential relationship (though we actually haven't met yet) going on.     He lives in Aurora, Colorado and I outside of Chicago.   I told him about my situation a few months ago and he said his feelings haven't changed about me.   He has a lot of stuff going on with him as well (financially and personally) so the timings not right for us.    But we still chat...and I'm still keeping my options open for now.
Just holding out now for January 30th.   Keeping my fingers crossed that for now it's gone...at least the visible reminders.
