today has been a wonderful day a little tired from the meds but it's been good went to the store and got stuff to fix home made beef stew... didnt have no promblem...
went toin work for a bout a hour and hubby told me to go home i was just so tired it felt really good to get out and not have a panic attack..but i am in the 9 day of my cycle so that mades a big differents..you never know when pmdd will show its ugly face but until then i am going to enjoy this....peace and love to all
