Pretty sucky day today. I don't know why, 3 bouts of tears. Sat about most of the day. Then I had to get out. I told myself well before Jalee's passing that when it happened I would get back into the gym. I knew if I didn't today I might not ever go back in. Signed up for 3 months. I tell myself it because cash is tight this month. Maybe it's because I'm not sure. Turns out I walk in when the owner, a past karate friend, was there. She recognized me. Turns out she recently lost her mom. She's also letting another friend know I'm back. Who incidentally lost her mother around Christmas also.
Did a little work on a presentation I have to do in Feb. There's a chance I may be ready to deliver it.
The comment that "What doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger" I repeat it as " What doesn't kill you, still hurts really, really bad" Well today I'm right. Boy am I right.

Hey Guy...boy, can I relate to this. I find the grief comes and goes in waves. Some days are just filled with tears from beginning to end.
Regarding your renewed gym membership - bravo! If you\'re on Facebook, you may want to check out \"One Fit Widow\" - Michelle was widowed when her hubby died in a plane crash, and she used exercise to help herself recover. Lost 80 lbs in the process. She\'s very open, honest and real - and super inspirational.
Sending you big hugs. -Jacqueline
