Today has been a great day. Stayed under calorie, didn't over eat when I walked in the door from work (that tends to be bad trigger at times). Had a productive day at work and hopefully a productive night ahead of me. Gotta pay bills, review High School paper work for my son (gosh going to be a freshman), clean up, shower, etc...
