Jalen vs KBI
My friend Jalen who was shot and killed by the Pittsburg police has an update. This is a TW post so if you're sensitive to these kinds of events, please don't read further.
With Jalen's training in MMA, the event that took place, the KBI said the police was in the right on shooting him as many times as they did. Including 5 times in the face. 2 officers, total of 20 rounds. Not satisfied on the outcome but it is what it is.

Don't know the story but sometimes in a very stressful and scary situation, even the police react in major ways. It is a sad story and sad end to this friend's life. We miss our deceased loved ones and sometimes wish things went differently.
He was being detained by the police and was resisting. They tried the stun gun and it didn't phase him. I believe it was overkill since they fired as many rounds into him. He was a well respected MMA fighter but still, it was overkill imo.
