Jail visit
I'll be heading for a visitation in the next hour. Don't know how I'm gonna fair. Try and stay positive I think, she'll make that next to impossible, gonna try and stay calm, she'll make that next to impossible, gonna try not to cry, she'll make that next to impossible. God love her, I sure do!

You are not alone. It\'s every parents worst nightmare that their child is an addict. You feel like your whole world has caved in on you. Read everything you can on addiction, and keep coming back to DS to talk about your feelings and fears - there is hope. Stay strong and keep the faith.
thanks for being a friend. my whole world has caved in, I gotta start digging out.

My heart goes out to you. How was the visit?
Do you attend any kind of support groups like Al Anon? I attend a unique support group that really helps me and although I don\'t go to Al Anon right now - I bought some daily readers from Al Anon that help a lot.
My visit was good.....she cried a little, so we tried to move to a positive topic...very hard. She\'s only allowed one 15 minute visit per week. I had another visit tonight, she\'s still hoping I can bond her out of jail.......God Bless her. I love her so much.......shit, I\'m crying again
what crappy depressing week..............I\'m just so sick of this nightmare lifestyle........two weeks in jail now, I think her depression is worsening, mine also.
Well, my ex-wife, my daughter\'s mother died Thursday morning, April 8th, 2010. They\'ve granted may daughter a furlough today, Saturday, so that she may attend the services.......what an unbelievable week.....Her mother died of liver failure, possible the sock in the face that will wake her up!
