The city has taken severe precautions and have been conducting disaster prevention drills and reconstruction. 岩沼 塾 Millennium Hope Hills Exchange Center located inside the park has pictures and videos of Iwanuma City at the time of the disaster and the reconstruction process of Iwanuma City.
