IVF again??
Hi everyone!
I just joined this DS group today and I'm looking forward to the comraderie. I am disappointed after a failed IVF a few weeks ago, due to an embryo that wouldn't grow - transfer was cancelled. I am 42 years old, but I hear that it is typical at this age. Just trying to stay positive and hopeful. I have a wonderful, supportive husband, family and friends and we are trying to decide whether to try another "expensive" cycle - my insurance stopped covering it, so it would really be a sacrifice! I did the Embryo freeze and only 1 out of 3 survived the freezing process, and that one didn't grow. At my age, I have to decide quickly! We are thinking about trying a more vigorous fresh IVF transfer cycle?? Any one around my age out there and know what I'm experiencing? Would love to hear from you!
