Its over ...for the most part
It s over for the most part, I was on the stand questioned by her, with her off questions and blam game. She managed to irratate the judge. When all said and done she has to pay 263.10 per month, and that dates back to last May, so...... with last year and this year and interest icould come out to 6 or so grand. I owe her 7800, if we can make a deal some cash and wash the balances I am free (except spoucal support for 5 years)
She tried to claim that she should not pay because she does not see her som and that I have been telling everyone she has mental illness and I have brainwashed the son. The judge was very irratated.
I am very pleased with the judges decission. I must be the only Man in AZ (pro female) to come out of this, this way.

There is justice, isn\'t there? You are a good guy and doing your best, and her lies cannot stand up forever. The judge has seen them countless times before. I am glad you are one step closer to having a degree of peace with this.

Good for you. Like I said, you\'ll likely never see a nickle from her, but at least after five years, your legal obligation to her will be over. Time to start enjoying some peace in your life.
