I told my ma yesterday i couldnt do it all. I will continue to do what I do now, but I cant take care of my dad , and after surgery and a new dog and stay there. She understood  and is going to have someone come in and live,  like a nurse.  That will be so helpful.  All i did was tell the truth. My mom now understands bipolar.
