Its 10 pm
Its 10 pm and my ex text me, leaves me a message, call me he says is an emergency.
And it was.
My daughter went to visit her dad and in the lobby where he lives, a gang member shoot three bullets that barely miss my daughter. She is fine, but until I can see her I won't. He says she only has minor injuries and she sounded like she did not wanted to worry me, which in turns, worries me more. Her dad says he will bring her home, and reassures me she is fine. I know he wouldn't lie about it. But now I don't really think is a good idea for her to visit him. I don't think is safe.
I can't think straight. I know she is fine and still.
I hope she is really fine. One of the other guys was injured and taken to the hospital. And the sad part is she knows these guys, they went to school with her.
