It smells better now!
I thought I would go out on my porch for few minutes and enjoy the lovely scent and coolness after the rain today! No such luck! As soon as I start to inhale the wind changes and I get to smell my neighbor's garbage! It rained last week when he put his can out for pick up and he doesn't have a lid! So wouldn't you know that it just stews and creates such a stink that I can't breath without smelling it every time I step out my front door! I tell my husband, hoping he will do something about it since the guy is out of town and not due back anytime soon! He tells me to forget about it! So when I smell it again instead of what I would have enjoyed smelling, I get this bright idea! I'll go dump some bleach in it! Well as I'm pouring it in I noticed that there are lizards and salamanders stuck in there! And not only that but mosquito larvae too! Thousands of the little nasty things! Well now I got to dump it out! Eeeeeew! This is turning out to be a big mess that I will have to clean up! I can't think of anyway out of it, it is not going away! When our neighbor comes home he will hear from me! If he doesn't drill a hole in the bottom of his can this will happen again! HE always seems nice, so hopefully he will comply with my wishes. I know I skipped the gross details of the clean up, but who here really wanted them anyway! LOL! : )

I would call the health department being there are mosquito larvae in there .. sadly bleach wouldn\'t do anything for the smell either :(
