It's Zoo Day!!!

YAY!!! To the Bird House with me... WOOT!!! I've been waiting months for this. It will be my last trip to the amazing St. Louis Zoo before I move to Atlanta, GA in just 3 weeks. I will miss the free admission and the amazing animal interactions once I scoot out of here. And, the weather today here in STL is just perfect... sunny but not too hot, which means a fun sunflower parasol to protect my rosacea skin fom the UV rays and a chilled water bottle in case it gets too stuffy inside the bird house.

Also, I'm super stoked about my new neck wrap from "Mission" products. You wet it, wring it out, give it a snap, and it cools up to 30 degrees below body temperature for a couple of hours. When it dries out, you just re-wet it and start again, plus it is machine washable. I wrap that thing around my neck and it keeps me from flushing and itching/stinging/burning. Bonus: It looks like a super stylish scarf! Oh yeah! The one I have now is in blue, but I plan to get two more... one in a sand color and one in a coral shade. Helping my rosacea with a dash of personal style, FTW!!!
