It's official...

I woke up this morning to a full on flow, so AF has come to visit. I'm disappointed, but ok with this. With the one tube blocked, I'm expecting it to be harder to get that BFP, so I'm still expecting a BFN every month. It hurts and I really don't want to go through all of this again, but I know it's the only way to have my own child.
I'm going to call in for my Letrozole refill, so hopefully I'll have that by the end of the day and have one less thing to worry about. I'm just glad I didn't need the progesterone this month. That caused wicked cramps throughout the entirety of my cycle every time I had to use it. I have some cramping, but not much. Thankfully I have plenty of Midol on hand to help take the edge off the pain. I can live with most pain, hate taking pills, but Midol has been a good friend these past few months.
