It's my own fault.

I gained back 7 lbs, seemingly overnight, and I'm pissed off.  (not too worried about it though)
You see, I hadn't gone to the gym in a week either.  Last time I went to the gym before last night was last Tuesday.
BUT, Wednesday we went bowling and bowled 4 games, so Thursday, my gym day, I was really sore from bowling and just flat out tired (probably from not eating enough) and went home that night instead of the gym.
Then Friday night we went bowling again and bowled around 8 games.
Saturday we went to Disney for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party and it was all walking for most of the night.  Saturday is usually my 3rd gym day, but again I was so sore from bowling that I passed on the gym. My knee's been hurting from my running routine (which I have since given up on) and gets really stiff from bowling, exercising, etc.
Sunday & Monday I didn't exercise.  By this time I'm extremely tired and my knee is SO tight from all the walking & bowling, so I told myself, "Self, you have to rest for a couple of days and let your body heal and catch up." and that's what I did.  So yesterday I felt up to going to the gym and was happy I did.  It felt good to get back into my routine.
I went back up 7 to 189 Sunday AM and as of this morning I'm back down 186, so I'm getting back to where I was. I think my problem is that I'm not eating ENOUGH and for several days I don't think I even made 500 calories, so I think maybe I put myself into starvation mode and my body started to preserve everything.. cause I went from 182 to 189 literally overnight. I got back on track and will go to the gym again tomorrow (and bowling tonight), do my elliptical and my crunches, and eat a little more and healthier stuff, and will continue to do so.
I'll get back to where I was in a couple of days, and keep pushing for more.
