It\'s been a while
It has been a long time, it seems. I know I was having an emotional breakdown in regards to my mother but I have since realized that the medication they had her on was to make her irritable and I was just the one closest. She has been a lot nicer this week.I have been working like crazy and trying to make up for the week we spent in the hospital and then at the same time, got the nuchal translucency scan. That was really neat because DH hadn't seen an u/s since the first one when it was only a blinking dot. Now it looks like a real baby!! And they made us a dvd. That was Wednesday. I just now looked at the dvd again and found the part where the results were recorded and spent about an hour online looking for "normal results" and now feel pretty good. I know that the bloodwork will determine more but the measurements so far are right where they should be.Last night was the awards dinner. I wore a dress the color of this font. All the wives except 3 others who wore tan, brown, and one was daring in burgandy, wore black. I felt a little flourescent!! And the other thing, that whole pregnancy makes your boobs big?? No lie! Here is the girl who hides in her pantsuits to work in a man's world showing up with Pamela Anderson cleavage! You know what? It felt great! And now to be able to tell people the reason WHY my hooters are so impressive is really fun!! I didn't get a trophy but I got a lot of congratulations and that felt so good! I can't wait for everyone here to have those kind of congrats! You all will!! Hugs and babydust!

Glad to hear that things with your mom are going better. Medicines can certainly make patients crampy, agitated, short, tired etc. My dad is getting those side effects right now from all of the drugs. Glad to hear pregnancy is doing well for you and that you\'re enjoying it. Baby dust!!!
