It's been a long time since I last wrote...
It's almost been two years since the split/divorce and I'm doing much better now. I have to admit though, I often do have waves of sadness. I try not to look back but it's hard to completely forget all the good times we had together. The good times we had together when we would go to theme parks and things like that as a family were just awesome. I miss that. Sometimes it's still hard to believe that it's over now. I would have never thought that our marriage would end this way. I am glad that he has realized his mistakes and is trying to change but I sadly I cannot even imagine being together again. When I see him I don't see the same person anymore. I no longer feel love or even attraction. What's interesting is that our relationship has improved. We communicate now more than before and have mutual respect for one another. Now if only he paid child support, things would be even better! lol! Life is definitely an interesting journey.

I am glad things have improved for you. Thanks for sharing. I especially like reading about your experiences, since your ex is very similar to mine. I hope it gets better for me, too. I hope you get more child support. Hugs to you.
I\'m glad things are going well for you. I long for the day when I feel nothing when I see my ex. Definitely go after the child support.
As for child support, he has no choice. If it mandated by the courts, they will want to see proof that he is paying. I am happy that you are doing well. I saw that ex at my granddaughter 1st birthday party. I was expecting him there, but not the way he looked. I sat right across the table from him and his mother. I talked to my son\'s mother in law and forgot that he was there. I can tell you all, that you will get there someday soon, just be patient with yourselves. Hugs
Thanks. I already finished the application for child support. I just need to take it in this week. :-)
Thanks for updating here. I\'m glad you\'re so far along in your journey, gives me hope that one day I\'ll feel that way too!
