It's about that time again ...

Oh yeh ! Break out the beer ! It's a celebration whenever I gets around to journalin ... That's how much I hate to journal.  I figure I owe it to the few who do really care on here... Y'all's kno who yinz are!
Where have I been lately? Why aren't I on more?That old Pennsylvania Dutch axiom is sooo true, "The hurrider I go; the behinder I get!" I haven't had two seconds to rub together?" I have been busier than a cow's tail swatting flies in the heat of the summer?" Kno what I mean??
In July. I started selling Avon. I love using Avcn products and so I decided to make it more affordable for everyone else to enjoy as well!You can read all about it at www.youravon.com/lizzieroberts (That's me! But, please, just call me NDY!)) I have a blog written I need tr put on there - It talks about the inserts that I put in my Avon books so everyone can have fun with Avon! I will try to make it an effort to get it on there for Y'All's!
In August, I started building my Avon team and encouraging other people to start theirs as well. I am doing a newsletter and conducting meetings & conference calls to encourage my recruits. Oh and I can recruit all across the states. so, look me up if you have a mind to...
In September, I re-trained for 28 hours to teach literacy as I did when I was in AmeriCorp as I did while I was in college in 1998. I will be teaching English-2nd Language, regular adult literacy & writing skills, GED Preparation & I can coach fir college placement exams - Just don't ask me to do logic questions ! That you can teach me to do - But first, I gotta send out for "some-common-sense-to-go" cause I just "ain't got none - no how!!'
I also became the volunteer manager of the second hand boutique of the local historical society which up unto this point has been a series of bookshelves with throwaway junk on them. My plan to make it into a real working boutique has been met with resistance. I find this ridiculous bec it would attract better donations and better clientele as well but some people don't like change even when it is successful. and it wouldn't cost them a dime as we are self- sustaining with our own fundraising.And, to top it off, we raise money for the society's expense account to pay the bills.
And, I'm in love with a man who doesn't know how privileged he is as I vowed to never 'let it happen again'. It is just fortunate for both of us  (or not) that he is on the other side a Big Pond which I have made it a goal of mine to pay to be crossing by next summer or fall. Lord willing that we both survive this life long enough to meet. Maybe  my Irish Luck will turn around this time!
Uh, my UTI is back again... My Dr. says I am just good at developing UTI's... Figures i'd be good at something that is bad for me!! LOL! So, I will be going back on the drugs that make me sleepy again but  I am drinking lots of water so I don't have to stay on them for long! I shoulda guessed it bec I have really been doggedly draggin it lately - my tail around, that is!
Oh well, time to get ready to go to church. I have been attending the late mass to support the ministry of my friend who leads the rosary. I try to get there earry enough to recite it with her. I don't want to miss the sacrifice of the Lamb nor not pay homage to His Blessed Mother.
