It Just Keeps on Keeping On

I'm not anxious. I'm really not. I take a great antidepressant now and I don't have anxiety nearly as much. Yet, I still have the thought processes I used to have when I still had anxiety. They keep me from doing things I feel that I should be able to do. I missed an important meeting this morning with my boss and the new owner of my complex that I should have been at and I just could NOT get myself there. I can't keep expecting my husband to take me places. I know I have to start doing it on my own. But how do I do that? My complex is about 10 minutes from my house, right up the straightest road in the world. Somehow, I have created this block and told myself that I can't go up this road. The whole thing just makes me upset. I feel like I will have a panic attack once I get to the end even though I know I won't, just the fact that the possibility exists makes me turn around, tuck my tail between my legs, and pedal home again. It's even harder in a car. But when someone else is taking me, I'm fine. WHY?!!??! How am I going to get over this?!?!?! Thoughts? Advice? I can't go through life like this anymore.
