It is over -He begins jail today for 12 days.
It is finally over today as Brad begins house arrest. This has been the most unhappy year in my life and i hope that it will never be repeated.I did not grow up,like this.We never had scenes like this in my house. My brothers never did half the stuff that Brad has done because if he did,my father would have kicked him out.And I want everyone to know that the pain of losing Frank is increasing.I have been crying almost everyday and because of the cuts by GW..you cannot get help here. Some of the services that used to be provided are getting zilch here and the people who need it most. They are suffering. What GW doesnt understand that some people are going through rough times and when you have rough times and noone family is around..like the old Johnny Carson-Who do you trust? I did something that I wasnt going to do the other day.I called the choir director and I told him-this I will return in 2009.In 2009, I will be the magic age.I will turn 62 and this will be the beginning of another journey. My life has been hectic since my father died..but my late father never lived to see the day that I am on the cruise of getting well.I no longer take psychiatric medicine or see one anymore.I no longer go to support groups anymore.I no longer try to make friends just because I am lonely.I have realized that Frank is gone and I will accept it.As for me,I am not going to my high school reunion.I cannot afford this time and I do not think the people that I know will be there. And thenext time that the idiot Ann Coulter knows the baby boomer generation -let me tell you this. The baby boomer generation has brought around some of the most postive changes in this country. We were right about the Vietnam War and Richard Nixon. We were right about the women and we now have womens rights. We know have domestic violence hotlines and such.We now have grief counselors because they are iinportant. If we have grief counselors after the assassination of John F.Kennedy,a great deal of my classmates wouldnt feel so bad and would have survived some crucial challenges. And I want Ms.Coulter to know that in my town in 1967,a young girl came home to find her house empty. All she found was a note and a few thousand dollar. The parents split and left her there and she was 16..what could she do? For two years, she lived in that house without any parent sup[ervisor. This was unlike in 1967..but noone would believe her.She never saw her parents again and this was happening until the 1970s.So Ms.Coulter,I want to say that some parents did abandon their children and were never found..Do not blame the 1960s for this, you foold.Blame the fact that the father resented the daughter and wanted her out of his life. She turned out alright. She has never married. She still truama from it.Wouldnt you? Leave the baby boomers alone and tell me what these 20s have done? All they do is be on that cell phone at work, drink and text messages.Do they work? And it happens to be the fault of the grandparents that these 20s are so consumed. They have been taught by Mr.Rodgers that they are special. But to me they are not.CHildren my dears are not special. They never will be.
