it is a confirmed head injury

well my husband saw the neuro-psychologist today and she confirmed he definately has a head injury from the fall with residual damage.  now the long expensive cost of healing, we dont even know if he will be able to work or not.  we also have a fight with the bwc in ohio to get the diagnosis on, it should have been on since day 1 but all the docs and nurses dropped the ball, I have never seen such a chain of errors like they have all consistantly made.
