it is 3:55 and I have been up for a bit now

not. feeling to good ...upset tummy ...and I did somthing to my back ....I am going out tomorow well today to my medation meating and I need my sleep ..I usualy go visit my dad befor my meatings .....but I don't know if I will be able to if I am to tired to see my dad or go to the meating ..will just have to weaight and see .....there was a good clotting of ice all over the cars yesterday morning ...but today is suposto be mild out so the roads will be good ....and I need the pratice driving so the angizity doesent take over ...and stop me from driving ..but I have been doing good ...since the meds kiked in ......
