It hurts so bad

My goal is to get over the woman I gave my heart to 36 years ago and she broke it when she said she wanted to date other people. I can't keep thinking about anything but her and to make it harder she shows up ever few weeks to pick up more of her things. I can't wait till she arrives so I can see her and then it hurts even more when she leaves. I thank the Lord that I have my animals to take care of and I know I must keep going for them.
