It finally happened

It finally happened.  I hit ther nine month mark and now I have gained 1 pound.  I am so mad at  myself.  I know it isn't much but that is how it all started.  I don't know if it is because I maybe near my cycle time (even though i don't havve one)  I still get other symptoms. The other thing going on is  i finished my first school year teaching and there were parties and crap for a week.  Now my level of activity is down as well.  So there is all these things playing into me gaining 4 pounds.  I not mad at myself just disappointed.  I can rationalize why but that doesn't make it any easier. I should be happy that I am not eating the way I did before.   GET MY A== MOVING!
