It feels so surreal!

Well I got a positive pregnancy result today.  I couldn't believe and still can't to be honest but I am so bloody happy!!  
The FET was definitely less stressful than IVF and it helped that during the transfer, I was busting to go for a pee!  I actually felt quite calm during the transfer, had acupuncture before and after and also once during the wait.  That helped my emotions a lot but other than that...nothing.  I have felt perhaps slightly more abdominal pain and once I guess there was a twinge where I thought ouch that hurt, but I endo and so am used to abdominal pain!!  
To be honest, I was gearing myself up for another failed cycle and so was my partner.  Anyway, I guess if there is anyone out there who like myself doesn't have any real symptoms and doesn't feel overly positive about the whole thing...well in my opinion that seems to work:-) and I guess if it doesn't, easier said than done, it is worth keeping on trying. 
I went straight from IVF into FET, no break and here I am pregnant at last!
