It did not work

Well they attempted to do the procedure this morning and they could not focus the soundwaves on the stone. I should have known things weren't going to work when they stuck me three times to start an IV. Therefore what I got was a stent, and still have the stones. When I urniate it is like peeing razor blades. Earlier the pain in my side was so bad I almost threw up and passed out. I called the office and they said to double up on the pain meds and take them every 3 hours instead of every 8. This is helping. But I have to go back to the urologist office to get another game paln going. According to the doctor that tried to do the lithotripsy I very well could have to have surgery after all. I really hate that. I did well with the anesthesia though. The doc said I had some "gravel" in the bladder from the stones I passed earlier this month.My terrific daughter and son-in-law took me and I am staying here this evening, I will have them take me to my (our. still live with STBX) house. She offered to take me to the office but I declined, will not give her a reason to hold it over my head. No bashing tonight.Pizza is on its way, I haven't eaten since last night and now I'm getting hungry. That's a good sign. I will try to tell more later. AJJ
