Is this how you take care of MY SON?
Recently I was praying to the Lord God for a very special request. You see, I have seldom asked for something specifically for myself. But in this case I was sure he would understand. So I began as I always do, "Lord God , In Jesus' Name I pray....I continued by adding, "I would ask something very special tonight.....I ask that you take very good care of my children for now....One is 31 and doing great in his life with his wife and children and the other is approaching her 4th year of college and preparing for life and her future...She had a bumpy beginning but she's on track now and has her head on straight and just turned 21 and I only wish for her the best man you can provide...Help her Lord to make a very wise choice so that we don't have to worry so much about her happiness and marriage later.....Then I heard that audible voice that I occasionally hear when God's trying to get my attention...He seemed to be saying....." Yes child....and have you taken care on my child as well?" I could only equate that with the facts that mankind was very unkind to his child and the fact that we dishonor his Son and himself when we don't avoid or make the effort NOT to SIN....For some odd reason this thought is stuck deep within my conscious..."DO we make every effort NOT do SIN in God's honor and to Honor the unselfish giving of God's Son?

Love to hear what you say, Larry. Sheep to sheep. Remember what the Lord said, right? \'My sheep hear MY VOICE\'. You hear His voice, you are His sheep. Lovely.
We think of what you said about sin. I talked to Roger about it, and he said men are quite impulsive usually, and run headlong into sin faster than women....be it alcohol, drugs, violence etc. it\'s often men involved more than women.
Oh, women sin, too but it\'s in other ways.
Didn\'t God love David? And think how David sinned. Serious, right.
But David had what I call \'heart\'.
We know only God knows the heart.
You love God, that\'s easy to see, to know, to hear about.
That you are even concerned about sin sets you apart from the majority of the population, doesn\'t it???
To me, it\'s what Jesus said \'Be careful (or anxious) about nothing\'.
Didn\'t you go wrong? You had to learn, didn\'t you?
I had to learn.
Don\'t I have the right to learn? And your daughter will have to do that painful thing called learning.
What if you \'helped\' her so she avoided learning. Maybe you keep her from making a mistake. What if she NEEDS that mistake?

Roger is so right Joy. Men more than women can be \"dogs.\" They don\'t think mainly with their brains as often as they should???? But I\'ve seen so many men in earlier times and much more often now, who don\'t know control at all....They are just interested in getting one more notch on their bedpost ....Also, now a days we are seeing more and more women, but women do tend to sin more in the area of not being able to control their tongues with gossip and vanity.....I\'m in total agreement with you and that man of yours is chocked full of wisdom....

These are the times God was referencing when he told us to stay strong and stay the course, and don\'t give in to satan\'s trickery and tripe....Don\'t give up and don\'t turn loose of all the great wisdom that will see us through all the lies and gossip and propaganda that satan has his colleagues vomiting....

we are the \'weaker vessel\'? Our very physical make-up tells me,
closed up, contained, and the male is a \'go ahead\' don\'t worry
about the consequences person by physical make up.

men and women going on the picnic?
The men said \'We\'re not waiting for all this TALK, and said
we\'ll see you there\' Off they went. They got there, looked
at each others and said \'Hmm, I\'m hungry, what do we have\'
The other said \'Nothing, we just came\' So they jumped
in their car and went to the nearest pub and got drunk.
The women fretted and worried the details until it
was alas too late to go, and went to bed...alone.
