Is she serious??
I wrote about my nephew's 5 month old daughter and what a wonderful baby she was in an earlier journal. Well, today my sister in law said she has had the baby for 2 weeks because the 19 year old mother of 2 decided that she didn't want to be a mother anymore!!! WHAT THE HELL??? IS SHE SERIOUS?? the little girl is an angel. I am paying over 5,000 in hopes of getting a precious child and she has not one but 2 and she thinks she take it back to the store because she doesn't want it anymore!! THis infuriates me and I am in tears!! Give her to me I'll take care of her!! I am so angry, frustrated, and aggravated!! This is the crap I'm talking about. There are so many deserving woman out there who want to be a mom and this chick gets a baby and doesn't want it. I am aggravated and this will continue to be one of those things that I will never understand.. I am dreaming of a baby and wanting to be a mom. Torturing myself watching a baby story and bringing home baby and I hear this crap!! This sucks so bad!! I told my sister in law that I would babysit anytime because I don't want her to hurt the baby or anything...I am tired of this chapter in my book of life....I sick of everyone thinking that I am oversensitive. This is why I don't talk to my family because everyone looks at me like I am over emotional. Whateva!!

So with you on this issue. Amazing. My SIL has two boys and is pregnant now. My other SIL told me that the pregnant one was thinking of asking my DH and I to take the child if it is a girl because she is deathly afraid of baby dolls and only wants the baby if it is a boy. What planet are these people from. Children are a miracle from God and it seems that people that can have them don\'t realize how precious they are. XO :)
Definately something that will never be understood. I work in Postpartum and see this everyday. These kids act like they are bringing home a puppy or something. I know what you mean about being sick of this chapter in your life...I am ready to turn the page already! Praying for that precious baby.
I really don\'t get how some people can take their gifts for granted. In the work I do I see so many situations like that or worse. I don\'t know the purpose, but what I do know is how wonderful our children will be. Your little one(s) will love you so much and be very lucky to have you.
Hey, I think many of us can understand and emphasize with how you are feeling. It just isn\'t fair, is it?
Another friend of mine dealing with infertility gave me good advice; she suggested that I remove myself from situations that involve \"baby\" stuff when I am not in the mood to deal. Don\'t open emails of baby photos, don\'t watch all the baby shows on TV....it has helped me. Praying for you!
well, an update to my journal is that I have my little niece now and I told them that I would babysit anytime. My sister in law called me to go and get the baby and keep her until she gets off in a couple of hours, so i am sittig here holding this precious 5 month old. as she smiles i wonder how can anyone not want her? good grief!!
yup i understand what u mean...
I can see where you are coming from..that would be an absolutely awful feeling. I know that instantly people see a \"young aged mother\" and instantly assume that they arent going to take care of it like a few commented above..but maybe she has PPD and has been diagnosed..a symptom is abandonment because they dont feel they are adequate enough.. its an awful situation..sorry to hear that
:( i know where ur coming from, it hurtsd to hear about that, and i know how you must feel.
i agree with the comment about PPD, maybe someone needs to look into WHY?
all the best honey
thanks for the comments girl,
