Personally, unless it\'s something where actual doctors and or nurses respond, I\'d err more on No.
Most of the \'advice\' is based on anecdotal experiences. And we know we are all different, and even in real life our doctors seem to give very different advice an opinions sometimes. Jmo.
Yeah, it\'s a jungle out there! Granted even doctors give different and wrong advice sometimes. I\'ve been on the wrong end of THAT too many times!
I read all \'anecdotal advice\'. I take those with a large grain of salt. (And sometimes I say GACK! to myself) Some are even medically correct----- but still viewed with my critical eye.
I don\'t believe medical journals either----- but they stand a better chance of being medically safe than what someone\'s Aunt Mabel\'s cousin did.
Over time it becomes clear which anecdotes I\'ll respect and then do my own research.
Testimonials are the same as anecdotal information. They are often correct for that person, for that time and for them. BUT...........
