Is life really worth it?
Ever since I can remember, I tried my best with everything I did. At times I even achieved the impossible, with God's help and grace. But nobody ever cared, and it didn't make my life one little bit better. The Bible says "You shall reap what you sow", but somehow it just doesn't happen in my life. My whole life I've been moving from one crisis situation to the next. Always alone. Fortunately God gave me a wonderful son, who is in a position to help us now. Only I never wanted to be so dependant on any of my children, especially at age 56.
I just don't know if struggling through life is really worth it. To gain or achieve what?

It is worth it. You have a wonderful family that is very supportive. Our rewards will be in heaven when the Lord calls us. I am sure you feel like a burden, but I am sure a great help to him too. Your his mother, you wiped his butt, time to let him help you. HUGS
