Is it really all my fault?

Just came home from my sisters house.  She said a lot of things that made me feel like it's all my fault for being so sad and angry all the time.  I bring her down every time I'm at her house or when she comes over.  I've made mistakes in my life, who hasn't?  I'm the failure of the family.  I don't follow through on things.  I don't stick to anything.
Is it all my fault?  Please tell me...

It is not all your fault. It is part of your illness. Your sister should realize this and stop putting the guilt trip on you. If you see a therapist, this is something you should speak to her/him about. Hugs, Lucy

She always guilt trips me. I am going to speak to my therapist about this.
