He calls me mean when I object to something he's doing to me. An example being when he grabs my chest so hard it hurts. Sometimes he even responds with "I barely squeezed." It doesn't help that my stomach is cranky because my doc is having me taper off one of my meds (prednisone).

No, he\'s not thinking; he\'s just being a narcissist/sociopath/psychopath. I am no doctor, but what I do know is that none of these types have any empathy. At all. They will treat you like you are a plastic doll there for their amusement.
My husband would reach out to grab my boobs (*shudder*) all the time, and he called me the EXACT same thing. Mean. He also looked affronted and said, \"Hey, they\'re mine!\" No, jackass, actually they\'re mine. Now get off!!
