is feeling....

I am feeling so alone and empty........i just feel i have no one that really understands me..and how i feel...my fiance tries but he has no idea how unhappy i am in life....and when i look at my kids..kills me ..i should be so happy about life..they are wonderful loving kids..and great kids..but i feel so empty inside.......
