Irritated

I'm having the first flare up of my gastroparesis since I went on Coumadin.  I haven't been able to eat for 4 days and the effect on my INR is that it went too high after being stable for a couple of months.  I had to cancel my dental cleaning that I've been trying to get done since Dec. and now I'm back to weekly blood tests.  Arghh!
