Irony

While I wait to see what is going to happen next, a sliver of irony was delivered today. I was asked to respond to a customer directly, when usually the customer support rep or client contact does that. I was just about to ask why am I being asked to that, when I remembered what I had written in mid-April. So it seems someone read what I wrote and saw this as an opportunity for me to do what I had written about.
Too bad that same individual won't respond similarly to my other statements LOL
