In saying that we had another company come out to quote and they were very rude and stand offish. People don't realise that the initial meeting is the most important part of the process. Anyway we had the unit installed and the guys that fitted it were great, easy to talk to and went through a basic training of how to use the unit. So overall really good experience and I would use the guys again as it is a no stress purchase and you are left knowing that you are in good hands.
Communication was excellent, service was fast. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. I literally found this company through and Google and I’m so glad I did. It was easy to submit a request, Amir was luckily down the street from me and arrived 10 minutes later.
Please let them know if you have more than one device to repair. Took 2 weeks for an site visit and did nothing and charged $110 for the call out. Then later quoted regas a r410 gas for over $1000. We called a different contractor attended within 2 hours and charged.$300 for the gas.
The installers are very professional and clean up efficiently after the job. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Great quality, rapid service, helpful stuff.
I wish you guys would one day expand to car repair business... This is my first time in MKC Repair Elizabeth store. My iPhone XS has been charging problem I brought it in this morning for a battery or charging replacement as i thought it would be . They ran diagnostic and told me my battery is still fine and that I didn’t need a replacement. For the charging port also they told that i need the cleaning of the port as they found a lot of dust.
