Interfering with fate
"If the radiance of a thousand suns were to burst at once into the sky, that would be like the splendor of the mighty one." and "Now I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds."~ Robert Oppenheimer head of the Manhattan project on the occasion of detonating the atomic bomb.
He further went on to say that knowledge could not be pursued without a sense of morality Some things are not ours to tamper with. Some things are God's. When i try to interfere with fate i am trying to play god it gives me a rush a high of power, the illusion of control that it gives me it makes me think i am invulnerable that my logic is flawless and i can make no mistake.
Perhaps it is my vanity and ego that i like to feed or maybe it is simply the fact that I lack any form of control or choice in my own life that drives me to try exercising control over the lives of others. I think I want both to feel control and have choice trying to get a sense of God trying to be god.
