Interesting Dream 03-03-13
I had the strangest, yet interesting, dream last night. I am feeling really old and it must really live inside my head.
Last night I dreamed I scratched my lower leg and skin started coming off - like when you get a really bad sunburn which blisters and then peels. I looked at my leg and where the skin had come off it was tight, young skin. I continued peeling on my legs and the spider veins disappeared, so did the cellulite on my thighs. I stopped peeling because I didn't want anyone to know I had gone to such trouble simply to look younger but still have the arthritis, fibro, and osteoprosis.
I have Got to get my head around the fact that just because I now have to take fosomax doesn't mean I'm any 'older' than I was before I started taking it.
Okay, to be honest, I haven't taken the first weekly dose yet because it scares me. The biggest thing is jaw bone loss. Yikes! Really, really need to get on with living now and not wishing for the past . . .
At least the pain level is better today than it has been in months!

Glad your pain levels are better. Sometimes it just like you got ran over and other days the pain is there but not killer pain.
If fosomax scares you and it probably would me I would look for alternatives.
Have you been to drugs.com and read about it.
I use to go o a dr that would want you to take this pill or that pill. I never did. She was a pill pusher.
Strange our dreams, I am sure your dream was about getting rid if all your medical problems just by peeling them away. That would be nice.
Yeah, I went to Drugs.com. I don\'t want to take ANY of the drugs for osteoprosis I discovered. Yet it seems the fosomax is the lesser of all the other evils.
I hate pill pushing physicians. It\'s like they can\'t think past the prescription pad and that makes me wonder what kind of knowledge they really have to treat whatever I need.
