Interesing weekend
So my weekend was pretty good. Nothing really exciting except for the fact that I found out the hubby is still considered common law married to his ex (this is a different ex than the one with the picture incident). Their license was never filed with the state, but because it was signed by them, the minister and witnesses the state still considers it a marriage and they have to do divorce papers. I'm not really sure if I should be upset by this or not. When we were engaged we even looked up to see if they were legally married and there was no record of it, so we both though he was single. I've known about this from the beginning of our relationship so I wasn't completely surprised by this news or the fact that this ex has been trying to get a hold of him for the purpose of filing for a divorce. The weirdest part about this is that the hubby seems more remorseful and upset about this than he did the picture, when the picture and the texting was more upseting for me. He keeps apologizing for THIS situation and keeps telling me that he loves me so much and blah, blah, blah. So I don't know if I should be upset about it. I'm not sure why I don't really have any feelings for this situation except to call this ex and tell her that she's an idiot and didn't need to go through all the money and time to do this. She knows he's been "re-married" and wouldn't you think that if there was a problem with us that he would have contacted her to divorce her? I mean really, it's almost like she did all this just to find him. He's done just about everything in his power to "dissapear" from her life. So now, of course, I have this paranoia that he's going to start talking to her like he did the other ex. All though he'll claim he wants nothing to do with her. Course he told me about the other ex that the only reason he had her number was so that he could ignore her because she was always wanting him to do stuff for her. So what do I do know?! To I believe him? Do I get upset about all this? I'm so at a loss right now, I'm not sure what to feel, believe or do.
