When I arrived at Auto Lido, they tried to put me in a Honda Civic. The swarthy little man who took care of us informed me that he could do a better price if I canceled my Kayak reservation and rented from him directly. None of the prices they showed me were consistent with the Kayak pricing.
I will never use them again; they’re not worth souring what is supposed to be a relaxing holiday. I have video footage of all the people complaining and having problems in SOLMAR offices which i will post when we have checked the legal implications. What fácil surprises me as well is that seeing the weight of bad experiences that customers have had with them that credit card companies are still willing to act as merchants on their behalf.
