Insomnia starts again

I had a visit from a friend and her 7 month old daughter 2day. She is such a beautiful little thing just hurts all the more to know what im missing out on. I have not been able to sleep at night again for the past couple of nights. I hope it doesnt last. Im ok during the day its mostly at night when i put my head on the pillow all the thoughts of Macy hit me at once and 1 become so overwhealmed. I have been having chest pains the past few days maybe its sommething to do with all the stress and phe pain of the past few days
